DANGEROUS MONDAY
This class features strength training for the upper and lower body. We include plyometrics, muscular endurance and much more! Burn that fat and gain that lean muscle physique! Give your entire body a total shock with Armed Legged & Dangerous.

HIGH OCTANE
TUESDAY/THURSDAY
Your heart will be pumping during this 45 minute high octane, cardio endurance class.
Be ready to test your muscles as we turn up the heat and challenge you with the ultimate weighted and cardio resistance class there is. Come prepared to be challenged!
High Octane is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week.

GUTS & GLORY
FRIDAY
Guts & Glory is a Boxing intensive class that focuses on form, technique, endurance, cardio and core work!
Here we are teaching basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance—the perfect class to get shredded! Guts & Glory will include cardio calisthenics, mitt work, bag work (150lb. bag) and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core and burn hundreds of calories.*
Guts & Glory is offered on Fridays during the week!

MAYHEM SATURDAY
This is one heck of an invigorating workout that combines different training principals to amplify overall fitness performance.
End off the week right with this high-energy interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. This class is for anyone from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! Anything can be thrown at you so be prepared!
Mayhem is offered on Saturdays!

THE PLAYGROUND
SUNDAY
The playground is synonymous with fun. Running, climbing, swinging, jumping and playing sports are common activities associated with a trip to the playground.
Fearless Fitness' Playground Class will challenge your body head-to-toe with every gadget, toy, piece of equipment and conditioning strategy known to man.
Prepare to push your cardiovascular system to the limit and burn bucket loads of fat while maybe cracking a smile or two in the process.
