GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES
Our Group Training Program, otherwise known as “Team Training” is designed to challenge individuals of all fitness levels. No matter if you are an avid gym goer who is just looking to increase your mobility or someone who is getting back into exercising after a long period of rest. One of our experienced coaches will assess and determine with you what your goals, needs, and wants are to ensure the best possible outcome for your program.
Our Group Personal Training sessions can have as many as 20 people per class, depending on location size. These classes focus on a number of things including strength, resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, conditioning and more. Classes are 45-50 minutes in length and include a warmup, finisher and cool-down. Each program is specifically tailored to that one workout to always keep your mind and body guessing!
